		<description>If you want to lose weght try this.I lost 50 Pounds in 3 months this summer . I was 160 pounds and now I am 110 pounds!!!!!! Now this is how I did it. I eat around 500-850 calories in the Morning and then I eat 600-950 calories in the after noon. I used google calorie counter to count my calories every day. One hour after my afternoon meal I played soccer with my little brother for 40min-One hour everyday.I know this might be hard for but you will lose weight fast like I did this summer. I prefer to lose weight fast than slowly losing weight . The faster you lose weight the less time you will be on a diet. :) Its normal if your stomach hurts a lot or if you get headaches.You are not going to die.Trust me Im alive!!!! On your first 3 day you will lose like 8 pounds.Oh yeah drink water and good luck!!!!Trust me on this diet plan and you will lose weight.Dont give up!!!!!
