		<description>I do not know           I know iodine helps the thyroid so the metabolism Brisk  walks   lots of phisical activities  such as running swimming might stimulate burning of calories and increase metabolism personally i woul talk to a nurse&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;my trainer at the y    i walk run and swim the most i can      i eat cruciferous and often fish  for the iodine     thank you  this is a great question  PS cook with a little iodized salt</description>
