i like doing the stability ball workout but i usually lift my butt up and down 10 times, then hold it for 10 secs, then roll the ball in 10 times. Gives a really good burn.

@amu1995 Omg me too! I am not overweight but, when I wear kind of tight shirts I have an embarrassing gut!!! It all started when I stopped doing this one hip-hop dance team so, now I am joining a swim team at a local rec center because I lovee water and, becuz I really need to join some kind of sport for exercise!! I also try to avoid pop and drink water + smoothies I make at home with fruit and I have an old treadmill I use for running and I dance to music in my bedroom.

id imagine a fit body would have fairly smooth blood flow, which helps the skin get all its proper nutrients. exercise is known to lead to better skin as long as basic hygiene follows.
but skin care products may help a lot. a lot of women do use them regardless of exercise and can still have good looking skin.

if youre after fat loss, i would say increase your cardio and decrease the amount of calories you intake. be weary of how many calories you ingest on a daily basis. depending on how strict you are with your calorie intake, you can lose up to two pounds per week as long as you are exercising alongside the diet. run on a treadmil(or if you prefer, an eliptical machine for less strain on the ankles) for about 20 minutes to a half hour. that should burn a good amount of calories.
