I can’t find a free weight loss program for women that we can do for a week. Everything is for men.

How many calories a day should a man be eating for weight loss (his weight being approx 125kilo)?
It really depends, but as a start you could set you limit to under 2000. Try to eat right, and get plenty of exercise. I find it easier to eat less if I drink water when I’m hungry.
