How to burn of tummy fats easily?
I have quite a thick layer of tummy fats, and I wish to burn it off. But I cannot go out to jog and swim very often (at most once a week), so are there any exercises I can do at home to help burn fats? Most of my friend have rather flat abs and I seem to be the only one with more fats in the tummy. I have trained quite a bit of muscles beneath the fats, so I wish to get rid of these fats. And one thing is that I am currently weighing only at 40kg, and I’m underweight. The fats are not helping me weigh more, so I don’t care if they get lost. Please help.

RUN IN PLACE. do anything aerobic (that means 20 minutes of consecutive exercise) as often as you can. Don’t think that doing sit-ups or crunches burns fat. It only tones muscle.

There is no easy way off taking weight ff your tummy. It is simply hard work. Eating less, much less, exercising, plenty exercise and also firming up. Push-ups and sit-ups is good in the exercise department.

Buy yourself a fitness-ball and use as your personal chair,you can sit on it while answering question on yahoo answer,you can sit on it while you having your dinner or watching TV it works, your core are always on!

Are you trying to disappear? there is no way you can have tummy fat when your weight is 90 pounds? How tall are you?.
I used to think that same thing about myself when i was 90 pounds and I’m 5"0 and I was very thin.
Are you a boy or a girl?
Because what happens with girls is that we have flexible muscles. And that becomes a very good thing when you get pregnant you will have no stretch marks at all !!!. I really believe its a very good price to pay because there are usually more years for us after having baby’s than before baby’s. I hope you’re a girl because if you are a boy, I have nothing to tell you to help you feel better about it. Its hard to believe you have tummy fat did you check with your doctor for amebas?

Well you certainly can’t "target" the area. I think tummy fat is the hardest to get rid of! Cardio burns the most fat, so if you’ve already built muscle up in there, do lotsa cardio like running or jogging. Dancing too, if you desire!
