What time of day is best to work out to increase metabolism and burn calories?

i usually work out in the afternoon, around 5-6pm when i get done with work. i’ve thought about changing my work out time to before work but that means i would have to get up at 5am and i just cant bring myself to do it unless it might actually make a difference. i’m pretty sure that the time of day doesnt effect calories burnt, but i was wondering if hitting the gym early in the more will increase my metabolism more through out the day rather than the afternoon.

Supposedly working out in the morning helps increase metabolism, but those who say that also say it’s better to work out on an empty stomach, and that is simply not true. Those same people also say working out at night is bad because it speeds up your metabolism at night and makes you feel energized, thus not letting you sleep. There is really no time of the day that working out burns the most calories. Do whatever you feel is best for you. As long as you eat sensibly before and and after your workout and keep yourself hydrated, you should be fine.

The Basic Early Step for Weight Loss

So you just start thinking about going for a weight loss campaign, you read a lot, ask friend how to do it and enroll in closest gym. But do you know that if you do these you are forgetting the basic step for planning, I can guarantee you that you will miss these three basic important points:

1. Do you know what ideal weight you targeted? Ideal weight is a proportion between your height, body, and weight.  You might need to ask expert on what is the ideal weight for you because everyone have their opinion on the ideal weight, if you too afraid to ask expert then ask your girlfriend or boyfriend about this.

2. Time management and commitment, so you want to lose weight and starting to make a schedule of your daily activities like going to the gym for one hour every day, or jogging every morning. Sure this is a good schedule if you think about it. But the common problem when scheduling your training is that people don’t think it through yet… the commitment for the exercise is low for most people when they are face with other importance such as family or job. If you want to make this to work then you need to have the importance of your exercise heightened. Time schedule must be think through is it the freest time I would have and there will be no disturbance when doing the exercise at that time.

3. Food calorie planning. Here a common people when starting to lose weight would say “I am on a diet so I would eat twice a day with a lot of drink only”, you see that losing weight is not about extremely cutting your calorie intake, sure it need to be lowered but don’t have to be extreme. If you plan to do this extreme diet then you are doing an unhealthy diet and also unbalance diet. The perfect balance for the calorie intake for you is for women you need about 2000-2500 calorie a day and for men you need 2500-3000 calorie intake a day, so be sure you plan your meal not to be lower or higher than this. I prefer that you go higher than lower cause higher can be balanced with exercise. If you have higher 500 calorie than average then go for exercise such as running for 4 mil, this should make you burn about 400 calorie.

Those three things are the common plan for people who want to lose weight but because of the commonest people usually forget how important these three things are.
